• Financial & Sensitive Data (loan context): SSN, driver’s license/state ID, bank account/routing, income/employment, credit-related data (where you submit them on our forms or they are provided by service providers).
• Commercial & Interaction Data: form submissions, offers viewed/selected, communications preferences, campaign metadata.
• Internet/Network Activity: device/browser data, pages viewed, referring/exit URLs, timestamps, pixel/SDK events, email open/click tracking.
• Geolocation (approximate): derived from IP or device settings.
• Inferences: interest segments and propensity scores generated from activity or third-party data.
• From Third Parties: affiliates, data partners, verification/fraud vendors, and lenders/“Network Partners.”

2. How We Use Personal Information

• Operate, provide, route, and improve the Services; process your requests and connect you with Network Partners.
• Communicate with you (email/SMS/calls) about inquiries, status updates, and—where permitted—marketing.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, debugging, analytics, and advertising/measurement.
• Comply with law, enforce terms, and protect our rights and users.

3. Disclosures of Personal Information

• Service Providers & Vendors: hosting, analytics, fraud/identity verification, communications, marketing.
• Network Partners (e.g., lenders/financial providers): to evaluate eligibility, provide offers, and fund products/services you inquire about.
• Affiliates & Marketing Partners: to deliver or measure advertising and cross-promotions where permitted.
• Legal & Corporate Events: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

4. Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies

We and partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, ad measurement, and interest-based advertising. You can manage cookies via your browser/device settings; platform-specific ad controls may also apply.

5. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures (including California)

Some state laws (e.g., California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA) provide additional rights, including the right to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information. 6. GLBA & FCRA-Related Information

Where we facilitate financial products, certain data may be subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and related safeguards obligations, and some state privacy rights may not apply to GLBA data. For identity/eligibility checks, we or partners may obtain or handle information regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) or similar laws. 8. Nevada Notice

Nevada residents may opt out of “sale” of personal information by emailing compliance@leadstackmedia.com with “Nevada Opt-Out.”

9. Children

Our Services are for users 18+ and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Lead Stack Media operates marketing and lead-generation Services. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Offers and credit determinations are made by third-party Network Partners. We are not responsible for their terms, acts, or omissions.

2. Consent to Communications

By submitting information, you consent to receive emails, calls, and SMS texts (which may use autodialers, prerecorded/artificial voices, or automated technologies as permitted by law) regarding your inquiries and related offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time using this page or by following message instructions.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are 18+ and provide accurate, lawful information.
• You will not misuse the Services, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with site security.

4. Intellectual Property

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD STACK MEDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Stack Media and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Rules. You and we waive the right to participate in class or representative actions. Governing law and venue: Florida law; any permitted court proceedings shall be in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

10. Compliance; Do-Not-Call

We honor marketing opt-out requests promptly. Email opt-outs are processed within 10 business days; phone/SMS opt-outs are applied as soon as practicable and no later than 30 days across all systems. We maintain internal Do-Not-Call lists as required by law.

11. Changes; Entire Agreement; Severability

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use following updates means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

• Acknowledgment: We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days.

• Initial Response: Typically within 10 business days with findings or an update.
• Resolution: We strive to resolve most complaints within 30 days. Complex matters may take longer; we will keep you informed.

4. Remedies

Where applicable, we may: correct or delete data; honor opt-out/suppression immediately; retrain staff; adjust vendor or partner settings; or implement technical and process controls to prevent recurrence.

5. Evidence & Recordkeeping

We maintain complaint logs, correspondence, and resolution records as part of our compliance program (including Do-Not-Call and CAN-SPAM obligations).

6. Non-Retaliation

We will not retaliate against any person for submitting a good-faith complaint or for exercising privacy rights.

7. Escalation Options

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may consider contacting applicable authorities:

• Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB): Submit a complaint at consumerfinance.gov if your concern relates to a financial product or service.
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC): Report unwanted marketing or privacy concerns at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
• Federal Communications Commission (FCC): For unwanted calls/texts: consumercomplaints.fcc.gov.
• State Attorney General: You may file with your state AG’s consumer protection division.
• Better Business Bureau (BBB): You may submit a marketplace complaint at bbb.org.
